The Chaine in Canada has a proud history of success in the International Young Chef and Sommelier Competitions held annually by the Chaine.
The Concours International des Jeunes Commis (Young Chefs) Rôtisseurs and Jeunes Sommeliers competitions are held each year at different locations around the world. These competitions offer a unique opportunity for young Canadian chefs and sommeliers to hone their skills in a challenging international atmosphere.
