Chaîne des Rôtisseurs

La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs has a well-established international tradition of designating one day of the year (in April ) as World Chaîne Day.

Members gather together at a member restaurant or establishment to enjoy a formal dinner event on the Day — specially prepared to celebrate the joys of the table, culinary creativity and good fellowship. With the on-going pandemic, new and innovative ways were also required around the world to celebrate the day, whether individually at home or in small groups, depending on the regulations in force locally.
